Liberty Luxe & Liberty Green

These two new luxury, high-rise condominium towers located in Battery Park City also known as Site 23/24, are being developed by Roseland Property for Milstein Properties and consists of a 22-story tower and a 32-story tower respectively.

Built in accordance with the Battery Park City Authority’s Green Residential Guidelines, the 740,000 s/f projects will also earn a US Green Building Council “Gold” LEED rating. Green features include on-site renewable power generation via building integrated photovoltaic panels, clean combined heat and power system, on-site sewage treatment/water reclaim systems, storm water retention/reuse systems, and environmentally friendly building materials and finishes.

The towers provide a total of 471 luxury condominium residences with interior fitness, lounge, billiards, screening room, children's playroom and roof top amenities which include a fireplace, wading pool, outdoor tv, and landscaping. A 92-space accessory garage will serve the residents. Community amenities include a community center with a gym, competition size pool, children's pool, auditorium, fitness center, full-size basketball court, classrooms and cooking kitchen.
